These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are effective as of October 1, 2025, and govern the provision and receipt of text message communications (“SMS Messages”) between Allerexa (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”).

Allerexa provides SMS communications for the purpose of facilitating healthcare-related services and improving the patient experience. By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in, you consent to receive informational and transactional text messages from Allerexa, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Appointment reminders, confirmations, and rescheduling notifications;
   
• Program updates and service alerts;
   
• Order or shipment notifications (if applicable);
   
• Follow-up care instructions or treatment-related information;
   
• General announcements related to Allerexa’s services.
   

Messaging frequency may vary based on your interaction with Allerexa and participation in our programs.

Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will send a single confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you may continue to receive non-SMS communications (such as emails or calls) related to your care, as permitted by law.
